The Float Cutter is a semi automatic machine ideally suited for cutting glass and mirror with straight line edges. It ensures maximum cutting precision and minimum tolerances.
Loading is performed manually by mean of free fall on to a pocked of air just before it sits on the table. The operator then initiates the cutting process via an attached computer that has been fed all the required measurements. The cut pieces are then manually lifted from the cutting table ready for the next process eg. Toughening and/or Framing.
