Due to the location and elevations the window and doors were required to be high performance and highly durable to ensure they were able to stand the test of time with little maintenance. From the initial stages Britone provided technical support and advice on the glazing requirements.
This exclusive development was all about contemporary but functional living and was designed with the fundamental elements of light and space in mind. Therefore to create the modern but minimalistic look our ‘Mirage Perimeter Framed’ shower screen was used in the bathrooms throughout the project. With its frameless door this choice is chic but the ‘Mirage’ is also very practical and easy to maintain.
Due to the high security considerations of this project the main brief was very much about lead time and so the time frame was tight throughout the project. This meant that communication between Britone and our client was of utmost importance with no room for error. The project was carried out over a period of 10 months and was successfully managed by supplying 10 to 12 units at a time and liaising constantly with Pindan’s three supervisors on site.
